Terms And Conditions

By availing any driver service from NKA Driver Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Charges – Local (Delhi)

• 1 to 4 Hours: Rs 450 flat

• 8 Hours: Rs 850 flat

• 10 Hours: Rs 1050 flat

• 12 Hours: Rs 1250 flat

• Total hours are calculated from the driver’s reporting time to the duty end time.

• An additional charge of Rs 300 will apply for duties continuing beyond 11:00 PM, over and above the day's regular charges.

2. Outstation Driver Service

• Driver Charges: Rs 1200 per day

• Additional Allowances:

  • Food allowance: To be provided by the customer or reimbursed.

  • Door Matri (Accommodation): Must be arranged or reimbursed by the customer.

• An additional charge of Rs 300 will apply for duties continuing beyond 11:00 PM, over and above the day's regular charges.

• Toll, parking, fuel, and other travel expenses are to be borne by the customer.

3. Conveyance Charges

• Separate conveyance charges may apply depending on the location and time of pickup and drop.

• In case the driver uses public transport to reach the duty point, applicable fare is payable by the customer.

• Conveyance is free for up to 12 km. Beyond 12 km, conveyance charges of ?100 per hour will apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, a cancellation fee of Rs200 will be charged.

• No cancellation charges for cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, unless the driver is already en route.

5. Waiting Charges

• In case the customer delays duty beyond the scheduled time without prior notice, additional hourly charges will apply.

• For local duty, Rs100 per extra hour will be charged after the initial agreed time.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• The customer is fully responsible for their vehicle during the duty period, including:

  • Valid insurance, RC, and fuel

  • Any traffic violations, fines, towing, or penalties

  • Any mechanical issues or breakdowns

• NKA Driver Service does not take responsibility for theft or damage to the vehicle during service.

7. Driver Conduct

• All our drivers are verified and trained for professional service.

• If any misconduct or issue arises, please report immediately to our helpline.

• Clients are requested not to offer alcohol or engage drivers in any unlawful activity.

8. Duty Timings

• Duty hours start from the time the driver reports at the location and continue till duty is released.

• Breaks for meals or rest are included within the working hours.

9. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our team.

• Last-minute bookings will be subject to driver availability.

10. Emergency & Support

• In case of emergencies, please contact our support team immediately.

• NKA Driver Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, road blocks, or driver unavailability.
